We want you to be delighted with your purchase at Zaltas Fine Jewelers!

We know that sometimes a return or exchange might happen. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please feel free to contact us as your overall satisfaction is our highest priority.

Returned merchandise must be in original, unworn and new condition. Please be aware that sale items, custom orders, special orders, previously exchanged items and altered or sized items are FINAL Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Rings that are resized are FINAL Sale.

Online Purchases
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us at info@zaltasfinejewelers.com or call us at 914.777.7304 to initiate a return and we will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You can either receive a store credit or a full refund (less return shipping charges).
  • Returns may be made within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • To be eligible for return, your purchase must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, with all tags intact and may not be engraved, altered, or resized. Merchandise showing any signs of wear and tear, resizing, or any damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
  • Take care to pack up your jewelry safely so you can't hear any shaking or movement in the package!

  • We will inspect each item and once we have accepted your item(s) for return, we will process your refund or exchange or issue a store credit towards a future purchase.
